Welcome to MTL Blinds! By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

MTL Blinds provides consultations, delivery, and installation of custom window treatments.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For certain custom orders, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation.

• Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the phase of the order:

  • If the product has been ordered but not yet manufactured, a partial refund may apply.

  • If production or delivery is already underway, refunds are subject to applicable costs incurred.

  • For custom-made products or completed installations, refunds are typically not available unless the product is defective.

• Conditions Apply: All refunds are subject to review, and additional terms may apply based on the specifics of the order.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate contact and address details for consultations, deliveries, and installations.

• Ensure accessibility to the installation site during scheduled appointments.

• Inform MTL Blinds of any issues or changes promptly.

5. Liability Disclaimer

MTL Blinds is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by manufacturers, shipping providers, or other third parties.

• Misuse, improper care, or modifications made to products after installation.

• Inaccurate measurements or details provided by the customer.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
